Job Responsibilities

  • Being the top revenue producer in studio, leading the team in sales. Expectations for this role include selling a minimum of 10 memberships/ per month.
  • Responsible for the Studio’s daily, weekly and monthly membership goals, with leadership over the sales team in Sales and KPIs.
  • Working towards achieving the package renewal goal each month
Other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing Missed Sales Opportunities
  • Assisting Owner/Studio Manager with community engagement and relationship building (schools, charities, organizations, etc.)
  • Assisting less experienced Sales Associates through training-Training all new sales staff on Guest onboarding and Customer experience.
  • Working collaboratively with Owner/Studio Manager, Fitness Manager, Instructors and Sales to improve the overall company effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Establishing and maintaining an effective referral program.
  • Maintaining accurate records using established BODYBAR sales systems.
  • Greeting members and guests promptly, enthusiastically to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio, ensures team is doing the same.
  • Responding immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
  • Working closely with the Fitness Manager to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
  • Accurately ensuring daily studio cleaning checklists are followed and studio is organized and clean.
  • Participateing in weekly and monthly sales meetings with the Owner/Studio Manager, Fitness Manager and Sales team.
  • Shadowing the Owner or Studio Manager as much as possible to learn the overall responsibilities and operations of the studio.
  • Acting as backup to the Owner/Studio Manager when Owner/Studio Manager is not available.
 Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills – responds promptly to studio facility needs, member requests for service and assistance, and anticipates the needs of the studio, staff and members
  • Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred) and ability to overcome objections using value selling techniques
  • High energy with a successful ability to motivate a large group of people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to address/respond in a clear, concise, and respectful manner
  • Able to multi-task and manage time effectively to excel in a busy environment.
  • Independent and proactive thinker – ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement
  • Effective decision making – ability to evaluate the possible outcomes and consequences of a decision and make decisions that are in the best interest of BODYBAR Pilates
  • Team player with a high interest to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Must possess honesty, integrity, and accountability
  • Functional computer skills with basic MS Office suite capabilities required
  • Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
  • High school diploma required.
  • Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
